If you are having any issues with our library, we ask you to contact our support staff with the following information: type of content you're trying to access (book, music, etc.), title of the piece of content, and type of device you're using. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation. The message will be sent to the email you provided upon creating your account. If you cancelled your membership and received an email confirming the cancellation, you should no longer be charged your monthly subscription fees. If there has been some mistake, we ask you to contact a representative right away so that we can correct the error.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time, with no penalties. Once your membership is cancelled, you can continue to access your account for the remainder of your term. You should no longer be billed for your subscription after your account has been cancelled.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
  1. You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the content, were the victim of fraud, or your account was billed accidentally.
  2. The website did not deliver the experience that you expected.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation to the address we have on file. Please allow 3-7 business days for the processed refund or credit to post to your account. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details regarding our refund policy.
